Delivery countries

We deliver our packages with the Danish shipping company, PostNord . Packages with PostNord are insured with a tracking number. In some countries we offer shipping as a letter without tracking.

For orders outside Scandinavia, PostNord hands the packages to shipping partners like DPD and EMS.

We deliver to all EU member countries and selected countries outside EU. See HERE.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on what country the package goes to and which shipping company that sends the package. All packages are shipped from Denmark. Countries near Denmark will have a shorter delivery time than countries far from Denmark. Our general estimated delivery time for EU countries is 5-14 business days. The delivery time for countries outside EU can somestimes take longer.

Delivery type

All packages to EU are delivered to you with PostNord. You can in some between:

  • MyPack Collect, Pick up point (Only for some countries).
  • MyPack Home, to home address.

The package will be delivered to your address that you provide in the checkout.

All packages outside EU is delivered with PostNord. The package will be delivered to your address that you provide in the checkout.

Delivery price EU

Our delivery price is different for each country. The prices are between 8€ and 15€.

In selected countries, orders that exceed €100 will obtain free shipping.

Delivery price outside EU

Our delivery price for customers outside is between 16€ and 25€.

There is no limit for free shipping.

Delivery insurance and Track & Trace

All our packages are insured with a tracking number. If your package is lost, and we don’t have the items in stock, you will have your money back. You can find your package’s tracking number on e-mail you will receive after your package is sent. You will also receive a message when your package is delivered your delivery address or nearest pickup point. You can find your tracking number here:

Delivery to businesses

All packages for businesses are insured with a tracking number. Businesses will only receive packages on their company address.

If you want to return your order:

In the EU you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. That means you have 14 days after your purchase to inform us about your return. You must e-mail us with the modal withdrawal form (bottom of this section) at info@proownedcycling.com if you want to return.

You will have your order and shipping refund back 14 days after we receive your package. We will refund the full amount of the order and shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. ProOwnedCycling.com will not pay for the return shipping charge.

You have the full responsibility for the items until we receive the package. We will not make the refund before we receive the package.

What do we need ?

You must return the items in the same condition as when you received them. You must put a printed copy of your order confirmation or invoice in the package.
