- GENEREL INFORMATION
We use a secure payment gateway for all customers. We accept payment with following creditcards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa debet and Mastercard Debet. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay in the Safari browser.
After you placed your order, we will first capture your payment after we have sent your package. All payments are without any payment fees and controlled with a secure SSL connection.
Our prices are calculated in EUR and are not included your countries VAT because we sell second-hand goods. Delivery fees are not included in the prices.
We reserve the right to change prices on a regular basis. After ordering an order, the price of the order will be the valid price throughout the purchase.
Our goods are sold according to the special rules for used goods, which means that your invoice is not subject to VAT.
Merit Margin Scheme – Used Items – Buyer does not deduct VAT.
Our packages are shipped with FedEx and are insured with a tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the mail and text you receive after the purchase.
FedEx International Economy:
- Delivery time worldwide is typically 1-7 working days depending on delivery place. Some countries (ex. Russia), can take longer because of the country's regulations and laws.
- The shipping rate is between 8€ and 18€ for this service. Countries within EU will receive free shipping on orders above 150€.
FedEx International Priority:
- Delivery time worldwide with priority is typically 1-2 working days depending on delivery place. Some countries (ex. Russia), can take longer because of the country's regulations and laws.
- The shipping cost is between 16€ and 35€ for this service.
- SOME USED GOODS
We always make sure to sort away the clothes that are not in good condition for resale.
When shopping at www.proownedcycling.com, you will receive both new and used second-hand cycling gear, which means you agree that wear and tear of the products may occur, which are usually not found on normal products from manufactures.
- RETURN & CANCELLATION
You have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop at www.proownedcycling.com.
If you wish to receive store credit/giftcard we are extending the withdrawal to 30 days instead of 14 days.
After you choose store credit/giftcard it is not possible to get a refund.
The expiry date expires 14 days after the day you:
a) have received your item(s).
b) Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a multiple order agreement, which is ordered in one order and is delivered individually.
(c) get the last lot or the last part of physical possession in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
(d) acquires the first physical possession in the case of agreements for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can return your items on our return portal here.
- GENEREL RETURN
You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the item. The cost of the return label will be calculated in your refund amount.
Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

- RETURN AFTER BUYING WRONG SIZES
If you have bought your products in a wrong size and wish to have your item(s) exchanged, simply use our return form if you want to switch to another size. You must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the item. You can exchange your items here.
- THE PRODUCT CONDITION WHEN YOU RETURN
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested, in addition to what is described above, we consider it as further used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the trade value of the item.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You can try the products, but do not take it in use.
- REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will recive the amount you have paid in return and not including shipping fee. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of return, we will refund the amount paid on the day of purchase and with use of discount codes, of the item send to you, not including shipping fee, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

- WHAT MUST I SEND RETURN?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out our form / default recovery form and attach it to us.

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop at proownedcycling.com, you have 24 months of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
According to the Purchasing Act, you as a customer have the right of complaint even if you have bought used cycling clothes.
- HOW FAST TO COMPLAIN?
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
- WE REFUND REASONABLE SHIPPING COSTS
If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember, the item(s) must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal data are registered with ProOwnedCycling ApS and stored for five years after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
ProOwnedCycling ApS Is responsible for the data collected on www.proownedcycling.com
We do not store customer information encrypted.
We only transmit customer information encrypted in connection with payment.
You are entitled to know what information’s we are processing about you.

- COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area if the conditions for this are met. The complaint can be sent to the EU Commision’s Online Claim Portal – ODR. See section 19.
- EU COMMISSION’S ONLINE CLAIM PORTAL – ODR
From 15-02-2016, it was mandatory for all webshops to refer to Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which allows anyone to complain even if they reside in another country. Complaints can be filed on Europe’s website. When submitting a complaint, please provide our email address, email@example.com.
