Sizeguide

Lightly used TT helmet from Specialized. This Specialized Mclaren TT4 S-Works TT helmet originally comes from Team Tinkoff Saxo, however it was then used by Virtu Cycling where it was covered with a blue foil due to sponsorship. Underneath the foil it is Tinkoff yellow. The Tinkoff decals were removed before the foil was applied, so removing the foil will not bring back the original Tinkoff look.
The helmet is a rare original Mclaren version which was only made in very limited numbers, and has been used as the base for the current S-Works TT helmet on the market.

It is the version is without visor.

The helmet comes with new pads included, so they can be replaced right away if you don’t wish to use the helmet with lightly used pads.

Why buy this TT helmet?
This TT helmet is specially designed to optimize aerodynamics. The helmet is manufactured by the US brand Specialized. It was developed in coorporation with Mclaren and is said to be the most aerodynamic helmet on the market. A TT helmet is optimal to save those important seconds in the fight against the clock. If you ride a TT or Triathlon, a TT helmet helmet will always be an advantage.

We will always advice our customers to ride in tight clothes. You can read more in the other tab “It must sit tight” or by watching the video.

It has to sit tight

If you ever are in doubt about how tight a cycling jersey or your bib-shorts are supposed to be on you – there are some things to be aware of. The tighter the better – a good example of why this is important could be the bib-shorts. If you go for a longer ride and your shorts is not tight, you might end up with with pain in your bum – You always want to make sure, that everything is “in place” and does not move while riding this is something you can insure by using bib-shorts sitting tight on you, you will properly get a more comfortable ride.

Another thing to be aware of is that when you use cycling clothes sitting tight on you will break the wind better, which will result in better aerodynamic.
