From off-road riding to crossing the finishing line first, our collection of cycling clothing performs in all conditions and never slows you down. Shop from teams like Team Dimension Data and Team INEOS and brands like Alé, Castelli, and Craft.

Cycling clothing for men and women

A lot has changed in cycling clothing in the past decades. Today’s fabrics are all about moisture management and breathability. Plus, cycle apparel looks better than it used to. Nowadays, it’s totally fine to rock your biking jersey and cycling shorts while you pop down to the cafe after a long day on the road.

As the saying goes here in Denmark — there's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.

At CYKOM, we offer the right cycling clothing for any type of weather. Heading out for a cold, wet winter race? The right jacket, gilet and bib tights will keep you feeling warm and dry the whole time. And when the weather finally heats up, slip on a pair of bib shorts to show off those carved calves you've been hiding all winter.

Whether you want skin-tight aero clothing for training or something with a relaxed fit for your daily commute, check out our growing range of men's and women's cycling clothing to travel in comfort and style.

In addition to new cycling clothing, we're proud to stock used cycling clothing from your favourite pro teams from the Tour De France and Giro d'Italia. You can wear clothing that Peter Sagan or Chris Froome have previously owned, giving every cycling outfit a unique story to tell.

Update your bike clothing in style

At CYKOM, we strive for our cycling clothes and biking gear to meet the needs of any demanding ride you throw at them.

Why? Because when you find the perfect cycling outfit, your performance and motivation increase. That means you’ll hit goals faster.

We’re all about hitting goals around here, and we’re excited to help you reach yours.

How should cycling clothes fit?

Unlike gym clothes, your cycling clothing should fit snugly to the body and follow the contour of your shape — it should be tight.

Why does it have to be tight? This decreases wind resistance and increases your speed, saving you energy and making you fast.

And it's not just a style choice, research backs the fact that tight-fitting cycling clothes can cut your time by 4-5 minutes every 100 km.

Not to mention that well-fitting clothing increases your self-confidence, which gives your performance an extra edge. Plus, no one wants to walk around in baggy bib shorts.

What are cycling clothes made of?

When looking for cycling clothing, consider 2 factors about the fabrics: breathability and moisture-wicking ability. Below, you'll find 3 materials that are the most widely used in cycling clothing: elastane, polyester, and polypropylene.

Elastane (lycra)

Cycling clothing is primarily made of elastane — also known as lycra. Elastane is a synthetic fibre known for high elasticity, durability, and strength. It's typically used in blends with other fibres to increase stretchability.

Most bib shorts, short and long cycling jerseys, arm warmers, knee warmers, and leg warmers contain elastane.

Advantages: Elastane blends are soft and stretchy and provide a better fit.

Disadvantages: Elastane blends make other more robust materials, such as nylon, weaker.

Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic fibre used mainly to produce outer layers, such as wind jackets and cycling jackets. Polyester doesn't absorb water, making it quick-drying and a great choice for both inner layers and cycling outwear.

Advantages: Polyester is light and strong and doesn't absorb water, making it quick to dry. It also provides an impressive amount of warmth compared to its weight.

Disadvantages: It will quickly smell if you use it as a base layer. And it's difficult to recycle, meaning that it's not great for the planet you're biking around.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene has the same properties as polyester and absorbs no water at all, making it very quick-drying. Polypropylene cycling clothing is very light, which is crucial when you're out on the road.

Advantages: Polypropylene is water-repellent, dries even faster than polyester, and is great at wicking sweat away from the body.

Disadvantages: It can quickly smell and has low UV resistance.
