On May 1, 2019, the British chemical company INEOS took over the main sponsorship of Team Sky and the rest is history. 

Despite their new name, the team remains unchanged. And the same solid athletic results keep rolling in. The first significant achievement under the new name was Egan Bernal's victory in the 2019 Tour de France.
